On 3rd July 2026, SCALE Bengaluru proudly celebrated its Convocation Ceremony, honouring the remarkable achievements of students and faculty members who successfully completed our Finishing School, Student Development, and Faculty Development Programmes.

Since January 2026, we have successfully trained and certified 407 students and faculty members, equipping them with industry-relevant knowledge, professional competencies, leadership abilities, communication excellence, and future-ready skills.

Our Journey of Impact

SCALE Finishing School Programme (19 January – 10 April 2026)

MBA Second-Year students successfully completed our flagship three-month Finishing School Programme, 100 Day, designed to bridge the gap between academics and industry through employability skills, business communication, aptitude, leadership, and interview readiness.

Student Development Programme – Business Analytics (16 April – 18 April 2026)

MBA First-Year students gained hands-on exposure to data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and modern business intelligence tools.

Student Development Programme – Professional Healer (28 May – 30 May 2026)

Students of Sona Medical College of Naturopathy and Yoga enhanced their professional practice through training in patient care, ethics, communication, holistic healing, and personality development.
